Anybody here know how stingy they are with giving out press passes? Also if you have had one before does anyone know what benefits does it give? Anything significant or just bragging rights?

Usually with Auto Shows you need a title at a reputable site. Oppositlock doesn’t count unfortunately.

You gotta remember, Chicago is Obama’s political hometown. That said, all you have to do is say you’re with Yahoo News, since they seem to hire anybody

Not stingy at all. I get ‘em every year for being a valued blogger here on Oppo (although I do also reference my family company that works in the media/media relations area, even though I don’t work there). Might want to check the deadline though. Aside from the media preview days there is a media room with food, drink and occasionally other free trinkets and such.

Keep an eye out on car manufacturer facebook pages and also fan sites. I had free media passes from Honda and VW before.

Stingy? Lol they give them out like candy! :) I got a pair for myself and Miss Tesla, and my blog is mostly about transgender stuff.
